I grew up in the vibrant Spanish Quarters of Naples and moved to the US at 22 with a degree in Tourism & Hospitality. My deep passion for Italy’s food, wine, and culture has shaped my career from restaurant server to Professor at the Culinary Institute of America. I’m dedicated to sharing the rich flavors and traditions of Italy that have always been at the heart of my journey.
